Pamela is a result oriented Business Management specialist, with vast experience in Entrepreneurship, SMEs first five years Survival Strategy Management, Business Community Development, Data & Business Analysis, Public/Private mix and Development practice with over 9 years of experience. A trained Micro-Biologist, M&E and Youth Development Expert with special interest in Business Education and Youth Work. My work profile includes and it’s not limited to Business Consulting, Youth Mentoring, Leadership, and SME Development for In-School Youths, Youths in Business and Community Youth Organization in Nigeria. Our platform trains young people on Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Skills Development, 21st Century Work Skills, Leadership Management and ICT. Pamela has served as a Business Consultant to Delta State Government, CBN-South East Entrepreneurship Development Centre, Sub-Saharan Open University. She has volunteered as a ONE Champion with www.one.org, Youth Ambassador with Association for Development of Education in Africa (ADEA) funded by MasterCard Foundation, and WLF Ambassador – World Literacy Foundation, Deputy Country Champion ICOYACA- Nigeria. Pamela is a good team-player, innovative with good decision-making abilities working, providing strategy documents and practical solutions to programmatic, technical and humanitarian interventionist issues in Nigeria.

Delivered 12 successful cycles of Community Business School (CBS) sessions which covers: Introduction to Business, Customer Relations, Marketing, Book-Keeping, Digital marketing, Community Service and Volunteerism, Business Networking and Cooperative for 1400 RYSA Beneficiaries and Youths in Business across 25 LGAs in Delta State are critical to success in life and business.
Training of over 200 Youths Advocates on livelihood skills development and supports geared to achieving Goal 1 & 2 of the Sustainable Development Goals in Delta State with assistance from One.org
Facilitated the Business Mentoring Session of Youths with Directorate of Youth Monitoring & Mentoring (DYMM) on Business Start-Up Requirements, Basic Principles of Business Management and Survival Strategies to ensure a 5 years growth life in selected LGAs in Delta State.
